How it works

Download MigrateHR for iPhone or Android and sign up with your details. Before you get started with the MigrateHR community, we'll ask you to upload a picture of your passport and your professional registration number so that we can confirm your identity. This is to ensure that all members of the community are safe in the knowledge that they're communicating with other verified health and social care professionals. Once you've completed your profile, we will verify it within one business day and you will gain full access to the MigrateHR community.


Why do you need a picture of my passport?

The MigrateHR community is for registered health and social care professionals, so we need to confirm your identity before allowing you to contribute to the platform.

How will my data be protected?

We are required to protect your data by law. As the work MigrateHR does takes place in the UK, the European Union’s “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR) applies to our processing of your personal data, even if you do not live in Europe. You can read more about your rights under GDPR in our privacy policy.

How can I delete my data?

If you would like us to stop processing your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at When you withdraw your consent, we will delete all personal data we hold about you.

I've spotted a bug, or would like to suggest a feature - where should I send it?

I signed up through the app and haven't received a confirmation code - what should I do?

If you don't receive a confirmation code within 10 minutes of signing up, please email us at and we can help get you confirmed.

We aim to respond to all support queries within one business day. If we miss your query and you don't hear back from us the following business day, please send another query.
